I made some Curried Mango Chicken, rice pilaf and then my beloved asparagus. The chicken was marinated in Curried Mango Grille Sauce from The Happy Eggplant Kitchen Store in Hermitage, PA and it is quite tasty!

Similar to the tart I made for Thanksgiving, but omitted the amaretto and pulverized some rosemary in the sugar for the pears along with some vanilla and a dash of salt. Recipe for the crust can be found at http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/f

I made some excellent soup today. Just took random stuff that I needed to use up that was in my fridge. In it, you will find leeks, great northern beans, carrots, potatoes, corn, chicken and more leeks. ;)
